We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Ingegnere Civile (m/f) to join our Infrastructure Stability Team on a Full-time basis (Contratto a Tempo Indeterminato). As a Geotechnical Integrity Surveyor, you will serve as the lead authority on soil-structure interaction for high-rise urban developments across Northern Italy. In this permanent role, you will bridge the gap between traditional site surveying and advanced structural simulation to ensure the long-term safety of our most ambitious projects. Key Responsibilities: Seismic Risk Modeling: Conduct advanced simulations of soil behavior during low-frequency vibration events. Structural Health Monitoring: Oversee the installation of fiber-optic sensors in deep foundations to monitor real-time settling. Regulatory Liaison: Ensure all projects comply with the Norme Tecniche per le Costruzioni (NTC) and Eurocode 7. Site Management: Lead multi-disciplinary teams of surveyors and junior engineers during the initial excavation phases. Requirements: Education: Master’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Civile). Certification: Must be a licensed member of the Ordine degli Ingegneri (Section A). Language: Fluency in Italian and professional English. Skills: Proficiency in SAP2000, AutoCAD, and geotechnical modeling software (PLAXIS).
